Late Night Rush has been going on since High School, in which I stay up late at night to do finish my assignments. This trend is just horrible as it upsets my body from less sleep and creating more tiredness when trying to get everything done. And how does this Late Night Rush happen? Here's a short list of reasons of why this occurs,
- Neglect of homework
- Finding fun things to do.
- Becoming mangled by the media
- Outgoing
- Extra-curricular activities
and the list goes on. I just want to get rid of this habit? What are some possibilities?
